Started by understanding visual Impairment and its types. Understanding about WCAG guidelines and more.

Researched by finding few users on web for desk resarch and few through phone call to understand their pain points and needs.

Simran (28) is a UX designer based out of Hyderabad and has Albinism since birth.

Can’t look at screen for very long.
Endless scrolls tires her
She gives attention to details, so needs to zoom out while shopping
Has difficulty reading very small and cluttered text.
Bright screen and sunlight causes eye strain.
Has increased font size in her iPhone and uses siri to give commands and send messages.
Search box helps her instantly find what she needs, so considers it very important.

Search feature is very important to her - Keep search on top and in every page
She needs detailed description of the products to visualise it better - Describes clothes in details (Color, neckline, textile, size)
Multiple payment gateways confuses her as it takes a lot of time. Prefers Gpay as its single click to do payment - Simplify payment gateway
She shops & segregates clothes on the basis of event/occasion- Create section that categorises clothes by occasion
